Bill Clark is an award winning film and television writer. director and producer. His career has included making corporate publicity and training films for blue chip companies, tv documentaries, music promos and tv commercials.

He has also written and directed two feature fillms, "The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey" starring Tom Berenger, Joely Richardson and Saoirse Ronan (Winner: "Best Film" Salt Lake City Film Festival 2007) and "Starfish" starring Joanne Froggatt and Tom Riley (Nominee: "Michael Powell Award for Best British Film" Edinburgh Film Festival 2016 and the "Flash Forward Award", Busan Film Festival 2016).

His work has been screened at festivals in the UK, USA, Europe, Russia, South Korea and Australia, distributed throughout the world and had over 75 million views on YouTube.

In recent times he produced the first season of Twist and Shout's award winning web series on cyber security "The Inside Man", one of the most successful series of its type. He give talks on his career and lectures on the history and future of film from the perspective of his own journey, has lectured in film production at York and Anglia Ruskin Universities, given presentations on the production and distribution of his films and presented independent courses on film and film making.

He is currently writing and developing his third feature film.
